Prompt
Build this in Layerz Canvas using the layerz-canvas MCP.
Make a 30-second, 1280×720 music video in a handmade stop-motion style, timed to a funky 1980s-flavoured art-pop track. Render at 60 fps but animate all key poses on 12 fps steps so it feels hand-moved frame by frame.
Look: everything is cut paper. Shapes have slightly wobbly edges (paths with small irregular bumps), a darker offset shadow 4 pt down-right at 30% opacity, and heavy paper grain at 10%. Palette: mustard #E8B23A, tomato #E0472F, teal #2F8F8A, kraft background #C9A779, ink #1F1A17. Hand-lettered-looking type in SF Pro Rounded Black, letters slightly rotated at random.
Character: a big-headed paper figure with a square jaw, round eyes made of buttons, and paper-strip arms and legs, built as separate groups so limbs can rotate on joints.
Beats (lock big changes to bar lines):
- 0–4s: a blank kraft wall; paper pieces slide in jerkily and assemble the character, one limb per beat.
- 4–10s: he starts to dance. Head bops, shoulders swap, arms swing on the backbeat. Every 2 beats the background colour panel behind him swaps.
- 10–16s: his head morphs: into a clock, then a train that toots out paper smoke puffs, then back. Each morph takes exactly one beat and holds one beat.
- 16–22s: camera pans right across a paper landscape: houses fold up from the ground, a sun rotates on a pin, birds flap on 2-frame cycles.
- 22–27s: the lyrics hook appears as giant paper letters "TURN IT UP", stomping in one by one; the character climbs on top of them.
- 27–30s: everything gets swept off frame by a paper hand, leaving a small paper tag in the corner: "Made with Layerz Canvas".
Craft notes: no smooth tweens anywhere; stepped motion only, with tiny random jitter on every held piece; shadows move with their shapes; nothing perfectly aligned.
